Why Tumanyan Kids? The Story Behind Our Name and Mission

The name Tumanyan Kids was not chosen by chance. We wear it with great pride, in honor of one of our literary geniuses — Hovhannes Tumanyan. He is the beloved storyteller of our childhood, a writer whose tales have shaped generations.

Tumanyan was not just a writer — he was a bearer of national values, a thinker loved by both children and adults. Through his stories, he passed on love, kindness, honesty, and one powerful message: always be human. His literary legacy is still revisited today, continuing to teach, inspire, and guide us through the rich world of Armenian values.

It was this inspiration that gave birth to the name Tumanyan Kids. Living and working in the United States, our mission is to keep Armenian children as close as possible to their roots. We want them to know their heritage, love their language and culture — not through obligation, but through play, creativity, and joyful learning.

🎯 Our mission is to:
• Connect Armenian children with their cultural roots
• Pass down national values in engaging, modern ways
• Offer educational and developmental games and books that make culture and language truly lovable

Tumanyan Kids is more than just a name. It is our belief, our memory, and the voice of our heart.
Our dream is to raise a generation that remembers where they come from, understands their values, and appreciates the richness of their heritage.
Join us on this journey.
Together, let’s preserve our language, culture, and identity — and share them with the next generation through play, love, and creativity.
As long as our memories, values, and mother tongue live on, so does the spirit of our nation.
